Something needs to change

You can feel it. Not in the results — those are fine. In the moments after the hard conversation that didn't go how you intended. In the distance that's opened up at home. In the exhaustion of leading from a place that doesn't quite feel like you.

No obligation - 20 minutes

"I can feel this greater sense of operating as Self — unencumbered. I want to build on that."

The Problem

The tools that got you here aren't enough.

You've built something real. You think clearly, you move fast, and most of the time, you deliver. But there are moments — more of them lately — where the person you want to be and the person who actually shows up are not quite the same.

A part of you already knows this. That's why you're here.

THE EXTERNAL PROBLEM
The relationships aren't working.

The co-founder you can't quite reach. The team that stays dependent no matter what you do. The partner who says you've become distant. The hard conversation you keep not having.

THE INTERNAL PROBLEM
I don't know why I keep reacting this way.

You can see your patterns clearly. You understand them intellectually. And then the situation arrives and the same part of you takes over — the explainer, the rescuer, the one who needs to be right — and you watch it happen.

THE PHILOSOPHICAL PROBLEM
A leader who can't lead themselves can't truly lead others.

You know this. In your best moments, you've felt what it's like to lead from a place of genuine calm and clarity. You want more of that — not as a performance, but as who you actually are.

You need someone who's been in your world.

THE GUIDE

I spent 35 years in business before I became a therapist. I've sat in leadership roles, built teams, navigated co-founder dynamics, and felt the particular loneliness of being the person others look to when you're not sure of the answer yourself.

When I discovered Internal Family Systems, I found the framework I'd been missing — not just for the clients I now work with, but for the leaders I'd spent my career alongside. People who were succeeding on paper while quietly fragmenting inside.

I understand both the external pressure of your world and the internal cost of carrying it. That combination is rare. It's what makes this work different from standard executive coaching — and from therapy as you might imagine it.

I work exclusively online with English-speaking executives across Europe, the Middle East, and globally. I'm based in Switzerland. I understand the expat experience from the inside, I grew up in it.

THE PLAN

Working with me isn't complicated. There's no intake form labyrinth, no long waitlist. Here's exactly what happens.

01

A 30-minute clarity call

We talk about what's actually happening for you right now — in your leadership, your relationships, your inner world. No pitch. No pressure. We both decide if this is the right fit.

02

We begin the programme

Ten 90-minute sessions over three months. We work with what's real — not theory, not frameworks. Actual situations from your work and your life, explored through an IFS lens.

03

You lead from Self

Body: Calmer under pressure. More present at home. Able to have the hard conversations without losing yourself in them. Leading from your core — not from fear, habit, or old survival strategies.

Ready to start?

A clarity call is the only way in. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It's just a conversation about where you are and where you want to be.

bOOK YOUR CLARITY CALL

Currently accepting 3–4 new clients. Enquire to check availability.

You've built something real. But somewhere between who you are at work and who you are at home, something important got lost.

Four relationships.All connected.

THE WORK

Leadership is relational at every level. We work across all four of the relationships that shape how you lead — and how you live. Not sequentially, but as they surface in the sessions.

  1. 1
THE SELF - The parts that drive you — the achiever, the explainer, the one who needs to be right, the one who fears being found out. Learning to recognise them, understand them, and lead from underneath them.
  2. 2
THE TEAM - The rescuer who over-explains. The perfectionist who won't delegate. The manager who creates dependent teams without meaning to. Finding the presence that actually develops people.
  3. 3
PEERS - The co-founder who triggers you. The board dynamic that reverts to old patterns. The colleague who makes you feel small — or makes you want to dominate. The relational parts that complicate your most important professional relationships.
  4. 4
HOME - The relationship that bears the invisible weight of everything else. The partner who experiences the parts your colleagues never see. The distance that grows when presence goes to work and only exhaustion comes home.

The cost of another year of the same.

IF NOTHING CHANGES

Most leaders don't arrive at a breaking point dramatically. It happens quietly, over time. The relationship that never quite recovers. The team that mirrors the patterns you hoped to leave behind. The growing sense that something important is slipping away.
The part of you that's reading this already knows what's at stake.

The Feature Highlights

  • The team stays dependent — and you stay exhausted carrying them
  • The co-founder dynamic hardens into something neither of you wanted
  • The hard conversation keeps not happening — and the distance grows
  • The partner runs out of patience for a person who's always halfway somewhere else
  • You keep succeeding — and feeling increasingly hollow about it
  • The next decade looks exactly like the last one

What it looks like to lead from Self.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

This isn't about becoming a different person. It's about the person who's been there all along — underneath the parts that have been driving — having room to lead.
In your leadership: You can have the hard conversation without needing to win it. You listen to your team and ask questions instead of filling the silence with explanations. Your people grow — because you're no longer rescuing them from the discomfort of growing.
At home: You're actually present. Not thinking about the meeting while pretending to listen. The partner who's been managing around your edges starts to get the person they fell for.
Inside: The noise quietens. The anxiety that lived just under the surface has less to grip. Decisions come from clarity rather than from the part that needs to be seen to be competent.

CALM

The ability to stay grounded when the pressure spikes — not because you're suppressing what you feel, but because you're no longer at the mercy of the part that panics.

CURIOUS

Approaching your team, your co-founder, and your own reactions with genuine interest rather than judgement. The leader who gets curious gets further than the one who gets certain.

CLEAR

Knowing what you actually think, want, and need — separate from what the anxious or approval-seeking parts of you are insisting on in the moment.

COMPASSIONATE

Holding your own struggles and those of the people you lead without needing to fix, rescue, or distance yourself from the discomfort.

CONFIDENT

A steadiness that doesn't depend on the outcome. Not the performed confidence of someone who needs to appear in control — the quiet kind that doesn't need an audience.

COURAGEOUS

The capacity to have the conversation you've been avoiding, make the call you've been deferring, and say the true thing — even when a part of you is loudly advising against it.

CREATIVE

What becomes available when you're not using most of your energy to manage your own internal noise. The best thinking happens from Self, not from the part that's under pressure to perform.

CONNECTED

Present with the people in front of you — in the meeting, at the dinner table, in the hard conversation. Not halfway somewhere else.

THE SELF-LEAD LEADER

A private, 3-month engagement using Internal Family Systems (IFS) — the evidence-based therapeutic model that helps you move from reactive and parts-driven to grounded and Self-led.

We work with what's actually happening in your life right now. The conversation that went sideways. The co-founder you can't quite reach. The team dynamic that's stalled. Real situations, explored with precision.

This is not standard coaching. Coaching changes what you do. This changes who's doing it — and that changes everything downstream.
