Helping Directors and Shareholders Navigate Relationship Challenges.
Transform team tension into clarity and lasting success.
Resolve Director and Shareholder Relationship Issues for a Stronger, More Cohesive Business.
I know firsthand how a great business idea, brought to life by a passionate group of directors or shareholders, can start to unravel when relationship challenges arise. When you’re in the thick of building and growing a small to medium-sized company, friction between key players can feel like it’s tearing at the fabric of everything you’ve worked so hard to create.
These issues often go beyond simple disagreements. Unspoken tensions, miscommunications, or unresolved conflicts can erode trust, stall progress, and, if left unaddressed, even threaten the survival of the company. I’ve seen it happen. But it doesn’t have to end that way.
What I offer is not traditional mediation. Instead, I take a deeper approach, using Internal Family Systems (IFS) to guide each director or shareholder to look inward—to take a “U-turn.” This internal work helps uncover what’s really driving reactions, decisions, and interpersonal conflicts. It’s about gaining a clearer understanding of yourself and, from that place, creating space for more honest and meaningful interactions within your team.
My work combines individual and group sessions tailored to meet your needs. In group sessions, we work to rebuild mutual understanding, foster open communication, and create a shared vision for moving forward. Individual sessions give each person the chance to reflect, explore their triggers, and understand their patterns in a confidential space. Together, this dual approach can transform how your team relates and works together.
If tensions are starting to surface, don’t wait. Addressing these challenges now can make all the difference in the future of your business. Let’s work together to bring clarity, understanding, and a renewed sense of purpose to your team.

Change...

I understand that for many directors and shareholders, the idea of therapy might feel unfamiliar or even a bit daunting. You’re used to finding solutions, moving fast, and keeping your focus on the business. But when interpersonal issues crop up, ignoring them or pushing through with sheer determination often makes things worse. My approach is designed to meet you where you are—practical, grounded, and aimed at real solutions for your team. This isn’t about dwelling endlessly on the past; it’s about understanding what’s happening now, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. It’s a chance to get everyone back on track, stronger and more cohesive than before.
