After 35 Years of Business Management... 

I was running a multimillion dollar business by the age of 22. I remember the nightmares for years afterwards and the self-criticism. There wasn't any support back then for anxiety, depression and self-worth, tough it out was the best plan.

I have run successful business and many businesses that failed. I learnt the most from them. After 35 years as an entrepreneur I decided it was time to put my experience to good use and took myself back to school. I am now a counselling, coach, facilitator and therapist.
